Current and past trainees from the Gait and Biomechanics Lab at the University of Guelph have been successful at securing external funding (NSERC-D awarded to current and former students; Coyle-Asbil, Pitman, Inkol, McIntosh, Hinton, Lowrey, Reed-Jones; Ontario Graduate Scholarship funds awarded to De Melo, Coyle-Asbil, Pitman, McIntosh, Worden, Huntley, Reed-Jones, Worden, Hinton, Lowrey; MITACS (Coyle-Asbil, Breau), and EURASMUS (Osojnicki, Coyle-Asbil, Breau), as well as College funding (CBS – PhD Graduate Excellence Entrance Scholarship awarded to Breau; CBS – PhD Graduate Tuition Scholarship program awarded to De Olivieria, Osojnicki, De Melo, Pitman, Shulman). Current trainees in the lab include 1 PhD students, 1 MSc thesis students and several undergraduate independent study research students and volunteers.
